All prices are listed in NGN and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you:

• Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

• Agree to provide valid payment details for processing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including fraud suspicion, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers such as Paystack

We do not store your card details on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery within Nigeria. Shipping fees, delivery times, and courier options will be displayed at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (custom wigs and hair extensions), we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of a clear error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

8. User Accounts

You may be required to register an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts at our discretion if we suspect abuse or fraudulent activity.
